High-temperature reference quartz crystal resonators RKOV206. Based on the temperature sensing quartz crystal resonators RKTV206 and RKOV206 the digital medical thermometer, electronic digital and analog controllers and industrial thermometers (accuracy class up to 0.1%) are developed and made.

For getting of the greater accuracy a representation value of fT by a polynomial of the third order and definition of factor of the third order is possible as follow: fT=fO +A1*(T-TO)+A2*(T-TO)2+A3*(T-TO)3

For high-temperature sensing crystals RKTV206(A, B, C) can be picked up the thermo-stable reference quartz crystal resonator RKOV206(A, B, C) with the set difference of frequency.
